Never again. Chaos. I ordered a pizza without rucola...got a heap of it. For minutes no one noticed me, there was no indication who is waiting for what and everyone behind the counter ignored the people approaching it, not even a greeting and “ein moment bitte”...

We had ordered takeaway food yesterday until my husband was at home, unfortunately everything was cold and the calzone wasn't completely baked ... of course you can still put everything in the oven, but that doesn't make sense if I have something ready somewhere pick up, I can cook myself: /

Already taken food several times during Corona times. Pre-ordered with the L’Osteria app and food always ready on time. Super good pizza & pasta. Never been disappointed ...

Don't know what a Regina pizza is sry doesn't work at all, as a pizzeria you should know that. I said the pizza should be cut into 8 pieces, there were only 4, so the first class should urgently be visited again. Pizza in itself tastes good.

Super tasty and all ingredients fresh, gladly again! I'm looking forward to the next visit!

The wait staff are always friendly and the food, whether pizza, pasta or desserts, is always delicious. Even during corona everything went smoothly for orders ?

Took a little while to be noticed to take the order. But still everything was wonderful, delicious pizzas as usual.

Super delicious pizza and pasta as you know it from L’Osteria. The ambience is very great and you can spend a great evening here. In any case, you should reserve a place online in advance. You can also have something delivered via the website, but the minimum order quantity is quite high.

Actually an absolutely great shop with high quality meals. Unfortunately I picked up a pizza there on Saturday evening and then I lay in bed or on the toilet for days. Really annoying because the shop is otherwise great.

The waitress only canceled my reservation after I arrived because they ran out of space. Great if you just wanted to celebrate a birthday. So I don't recommend it to anyone. It's not the first time that just one star happened.

its a nice little break in between shopping etc. the risotto wasn't really nice. But surely the pizza was. the service is a bit unfriendly which just took hours to arrive and serve us.

Excellent food and service in a reasonable price

17.00 ordered approx (meanwhile all tables were well served, although the customers next to us clearly came after us) 17.50 ca I ask "where is our starter first and at all" and I get the answer from the waitress who took our order that the kitchen "probably forgot and then as the 2nd answer" they had their break .. that's why " .. Then came the food ..! It takes a long time to discuss what stewing onions and "normal" white wine sauce. (Pizza is always okay) 18.10 finished, paid and bye Unfortunately .. Behavior and customer contact (i.e. respect) are important to us!

Usually this is great pleace to eat, great food great ambient. But we were here yesterday and we waited our order for like 90 minutes !!!!!! ( I know cuz i count every second ) Ok . I understand it can happen, but then you can at least pay a drinks or something It wasnt okey sitting there for a almost two hours, watching people come and eat and go , and we were still there waiting and not the mention really hungry. The birthday was ruined :)

Always reserve - is always very full - service sometimes very, very nice and hard-working. It would also be great if there were power connections for cyclists with e-bikes - unfortunately I can hardly find it in restaurants. The food is excellent - especially the salads a stunner.

We went to lunch. The staff is absolutely overwhelmed here. We were finally able to place the order after 20 minutes. Then after 60 minutes of waiting the first meal came. The second meal came after about 90 minutes. We would have liked to have eaten together. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the bill. If you want to eat something here for lunch you should plan around 3 hours. The price and taste were OK. Nevertheless we will never come back at noon

1st time to be here for lunch. Nice food, big Piazza. The atmosphere of this restaurant is really nice. When u go to toilet at the 1st Floor, u can see the whole restaurant environment. And plenty of parking lot for u.

Service ok, could be a little friendlier and faster. Pizza dough was great, the salami unfortunately didn't leave a lasting impression. In terms of price, the drinks are normal but a bit ambitious overall. Hygiene regulations are well implemented and you feel protected. Ambience pleases, albeit a very stereotype

Unfortunately, delivery service is extremely disappointing. Pizza was cold and very, very sparingly topped. I had to look for cheese Price / performance ratio is definitely not right here I will definitely not order again

Nice place, decent pizza & pasta. If you get a pizza, share it with someone as they are humongous. Most people like the drinks (I don’t think they are anything special though). Relatively loud because the place is huge. Service is kind of a mixed bag as we had everything from super friendly and quick to very inattentive. It would technically be a 3.5 star-rating for me but we still go there quite often since it opened, so let’s go with 4 stars.

Good food but some of the servers are rude.

Great pizza. Do not order risotto. Service quality is bad.

This place is great. We go early with our two small kids and the staff is always Johnny on the spot.

Unpleasant Service Staff. Sent one dish back by accident and we were approached in a harsh way 2min later. It was a mis-understanding on our end, but the harsh and direct reaction from the staff towards an elderly couple that made a mistake ruined our appetite today and of coming back.

Really welcoming and amazing food and portions...

We were excited to try this new place. Sadly our experience wasn’t nice. Maybe because we spoke English? Who knows. But our first server took forever to take our order. Once she did she never came back. After waiting a while (30 min or so) we asked another server and he once took our order again. Waited once again and finally our food got served. The food was not that great. Oh and also, if you have a kid that requieres changing diaper. Expect to change on the floor. I asked where can I change my infant at the time and they directed me to the bathroom and no changing table. So I had to change her on the floor.

Lovely place friendly staff reasonable price

My main complain is the gigantic size of the pizza which made it quite hard to maneuver and the last slices were cold by the time we reached the end. It might be a smarter idea to order a pizza to share and keep ordering until full. Size aside, the toppings were slightly underwhelming even considering the price range, especially the tomato sauce which was too salty. The "Prosciutto e Funghi" I got was mostly mushroom and the ham looked like an afterthought. It's quantity over quality which might be great for some.

Problem is with Service

I like noodles made of Zucchini, but the whole meal wasn't that great. In particular, two of our dishes had Eggplant that wasn't cooked properly, so minor disappointment there. Everything else is/was very good.

Nice ambience, friendly staff, delicious food. Lovely background music (lounge music) .. maybe a tiny bit too loud.

When u like good Italian food and an atmosphere like a New York Italian Restaurant.... here u go!

Very good food and very good prices. Waitresses are very good looking too. Enjoyed coming here when I was in town.

Pleasantly surprised! I heard negative things about the service but our server was friendly and competent. Liked the atmosphere - despite being located in a shopping center. And the pizzas were soooooo good! Prices fair too. Definitely a great place.

The lasagna is so delicious and the pizzas are ginormous.

Good food. Great ambience. Probably only one of its kind around brunnthal. Poor service. The waiters and waitresses are ok. Their manager is not the nicest. Or could even seem like arrogant. Maybe because of the fact that they don’t need to be nice to waiting customers since there will be demand for such a place all year through. Good if you have a reservation, if not expect to be disappointed in his treatment.
